All study notes, curriculum guidelines, exercise solutions, and questions published under the default notes reader of ENIHS Academy are 100% free of charge. No payment is required to access these materials, and therefore, no refunds apply to these free resources.

2. Future Shop Products & Courses

In the event that ENIHS Academy launches paid study materials, premium courses, or mock exam bundles in our shop section:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to enihsacademy@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for your request.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days upon approval.
